A mistake often made by people who want to lose weight or get fit is to try to do everything at once. They rush out and buy all the “healthy” foods. They grab the gym membership or the new piece of workout gear like a treadmill or elliptical machine or exercise bike.That food ends up rotting in the crisper tray of the refrigerator.
