3. Action Step: Begin each day asking God for wisdom over the decisions you’ll face.

5. Tip: Use the ACTS prayer model (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, Supplication) to prepare your heart before difficult conversations.
6. Reflection: Where am I avoiding conflict, and what’s it costing my team?
7. Challenge: Schedule time this week for prayer, rest, and reflection, because healthy leaders build healthy schools.
