How to Lead with People Skills — Even When It’s Hard
When it gets hard:
Pray before you speak.
Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom.
Remember that every person is made in the image of God — even the difficult ones.
And when you get it wrong because we all do, be quick to apologize. That alone can transform a relationship.
