I share what I’ve been noticing in my own routine, including moments where I doze off even before taking any morning medication. That leads to a simple explanation of medication half-life, how long it can take your body to process a drug, and why timing matters when you’re taking more than one medication. We also talk about sleep hygiene, why better habits help but don’t solve everything overnight, and why fatigue can come in waves.I also connect the dots to older patterns like binge drinking and how alcohol can linger in the system longer than we expect, especially if our body processes things more slowly.
