Derrick Todd Lee makes his way to Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola. While his reign of evil and terror upon South Louisiana was over, his mere existence would leave a lasting effect on those who would cross his path. Derrick Todd Lee (DTL) terrorized the Baton Rouge and Lafayette Louisiana. A Serial Killer who took the lives of at least (7) women in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, Lee’s reign of terror finally ended in late May of 2003 when he was captured in Atlanta, GA after being linked by DNA to several of the murders.
