Welcome back to the podcast where we "help writers write," and today's important subject is how to "Keep It Simple, Silly."We were planning another cross-country trip recently when we realized we were making our lives harder than they needed to be. Not only did we take a step back, we realized that, hey, maybe other writers would be interested in our homegrown solutions to turn complex projects into simple tasks. These are not original ideas by any means, but we stuck a few good ones into this podcast for your listening pleasure and, maybe, your increased sanity and decreased anxiety.Along with planning the trip and doing things on camera, we're writing and publishing almost every day. The first of two recent interviews included VL '"Tori" Stuart, a retired psychologist & author living in Costa Rica, who shared her journey from psychology to writing, her experiences as an expat, and her insights into the dystopian genre (link). On the NV Author Network, Jade Griffin shared her experience and wisdom on the interplay between tabletop gaming and writing.
