In this episode, I interviewed Nyk Danu. Nyk is a Yoga Therapist who teaches Therapeutic Yoga to Misfits, Gen xers (and sometimes Y) who don’t feel at home in mainstream yoga circles: Alternative folks, punx, the rebels, underdogs, neurodiverse, introverts, geeks, and bookworms. Her specialty is helping people with Back Pain and Anxiety and she is also a Yin Yoga specialist and has a Therapeutic Yin Yoga Training. We touched upon all of these things in our conversation.
