A shorter deep release yoga nidra NSDR (non sleep deep rest meditation) for busy days to help you reset and refresh your mind, body and soul. Together we will explore relaxing your mind and body to a level of peace and stillness where you can then explore your deeper nature of who you truly are. I love creating meditations which not help you let go and release anything you are holding onto so you can also also experience moments of awakening.
