In my interview w/John Smayda, he let me know that he had an incredible opportunity to work with and develop a music program with Autistic students during his almost two-decade stint at Lindon Street School in Plainville, CT.
Here, John talks about what the students taught HIM, and how they ultimately guided coursework for the other students that John taught, enriching those classes with their unique perspectives.
