David, a licensed psychologist, began training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) nearly 20 years ago. He is a certified IFS consultant and has trained hundreds of students worldwide through his 16-Week Thinking-Heart IFS Intensive. He has presented at the IFS International Conference and consults with practitioners globally.Together with his partner, Toni Rosati, and their small, dedicated team, David co-founded IFS Healers, an online Community of Practice offering both Introductory and Advanced trainings, along with many free resources. The space is designed to foster connection, deep learning, and community among IFS practitioners—what they lovingly call a “sacred sandbox sangha.”David teaches that IFS is more than a clinical method; it’s a path toward becoming more fully human.
