What will the board do? 3) Canada's Carney Clash: Trump is mad at Canadian PM Carney, who at recent DAVOS summit criticized Trump for 'rupturing the international system of order'. Carney said Trump's declaring a Don-roe Doctrine on Western Hemisphere, kidnapping Venezuela's President Maduro, and threatening to take Greenland by military force, is overthrowing a rules-based international order.
