#059 - Samantha Hoyt was a joy to talk to - two Sams collide to talk about all the things, and let me tell you, we discovered we have a lot in common. Sam is past the point of being anything other than authentically who she is (which is passionate about sewing, taking care of the planet, and a lot of other big hearted things), and as it turns out, that’s what brings people back to her sewing retreats year after year. She is very much a maker, and makes a lot of her own clothes. She is intimately aware of the cost of fast fashion, especially the hidden costs to environment and to the people making the garments.
