I had the honor of speaking this week to one of my favorite producers Elaquent on episode 285! This was definitely one for me to check off the bucket list and It was great to get to breakdown his amazing 2025 run on this one! He spoke about his collaborations with Chester Watson including their February EP titled “Mirage” that coincided with a European tour this past winter. This was followed up by a full length Instrumental album “If Not Now, When?” in June and a House EP titled “Excursion” that most recently dropped a few weeks back. I loved hearing from Elaquent on how all of these projects came together and allowed him to experiment while showcasing different sides to his sound. He also revealed what might be on the horizon as we head into 2026 and as someone who is always checking for his new releases, I’m very excited for what’s to come.
