To join me in discussing perseverance is wilderness guide and survivalist, Megan Hine. Megan has produced some of the biggest adventure and survival shows on TV, treading the line between extreme survival and entertainment for audiences of millions. She’s shaped Emmy award winning content and led talent and film crews in the world’s toughest environments for 20 years. As expedition leader, Megan organises and leads adventures to remote wilderness locations. Keeping herself and her crew alive means learning to respect and understand intimately the terrain she’s operating in. But survival in the hardest conditions likewise demands that people understand their own mental landscape, finding the will to cross frontiers within themselves. I’ll be talking to Megan about the lessons she’s learnt through her work in the wilderness, how perseverance is key when she’s leading her team, and how you can transfer some of her knowledge into your own leadership style.
