Popok reports on Chief Judge Boesberg --frequently attacked by Trump and those in his inner circule --moving quickly to protect Grand Juries and hold the Trump DOJ accountable when they fail to obtain a criminal indictment through a DC Grand Jury, by forcing the DOJ to report to a duty judge that a grand jury rejected an indictment. This on the heals of the DC grand juries refusing to indict Trump's political targets, and Boesberg throwing into the trash can grand jury subpoenas against Fed Chair Jay Powell which he concluded were obtained without any evidence whatsoever in a bad faith prosecution
