In the first half of the conversation we reflect on a transformational workshop that Cass recently recommended for Syd. Later on, we dive into the importance of emotional literacy and how the cultures we live in do not educate us on properly feeling and expressing our emotions. Often times we are taught to suppress our emotions and we are here to encourage a new way of boldly feeling your emotions, learning how to communicate and living your life in a conscious, embodied manner.
