Maya has found the systems that keep her grounded in the chaos of Work life and Mom life—something she's learned to navigate as a neurodivergent adult, living with ADHD and aphantasia (a condition where the mind's eye can't visualize images). She's also overcome challenges related to depression and hyper-somnia, a chronic sleep disorder, building a life that supports her energy, focus, and well-being.
