Marcus Ogden, former NFL player turned entrepreneur, has an incredible story. The younger brother of Hall of Famer, Jonathon Ogden, In 2003, he was drafted into the NFL as an offensive lineman. After five years of playing in the league, he decided to retire and pursue a career in construction and contracting. At age 27, he founded a construction company and had fast growth. And in 2010 the company went bankrupt and he lost almost $2 million in one project and in a matter of 90 days. During Marcus's darkest hours, he got a part-time job as a custodian.
