Shelly is the Founder & CEO of MoralesHR, a recruiting firm connecting transformative leaders with top startups and investors. A former executive at LinkedIn, Juniper Networks, and Cadence Design Systems, she blends startup agility with enterprise depth. Shelly also serves as Chief Activation Officer at Polymathic, helping align talent, capital, and vision, and is known for her trusted network spanning tech, venture, and innovation communities.
AJ is the CEO of The Troublemaker Lab and Founding General Partner of Good Trouble Ventures, investing in technologies powering the future of creativity and digital transformation. A futurist and leadership advisor, she has guided Fortune 100s and global startups on innovation and AI-driven growth. AJ also serves as CXO-in-Residence at A.Team, faculty at Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, and Forbes contributor on leadership and the evolving world of work.
