Over the past couple of years we have heard from anti-mask and anti-vaccine protesters about the Draconian laws various governments around the world have been forced upon us to combat the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course the term Draconian isn’t anything new. The first known usage was back in 1775. The term means of great severity, in which small offenses had heavy punishments.
