About the Story

Overcome with a mixture of jealousy and curiosity, the King summons the man to learn the secret of his tranquility.
The Fakir challenges the King to leave his royal robes behind and wander the streets as a commoner. Through this journey, the King realizes that his "vessel" was overflowing with the burdens of his kingdom, the grievances of his people, and the weight of his own ego.
