I was surprised and shocked to receive this email from Jame recently. He says…
In August this year, I nearly gave everything up.
I was struggling, not sure whether I would meet my monthly expenses and literally panicking.
I had two options: give up and get a job, or hustle.
I chose the second option, now have one employee, have just offered her a 36K-a-year full-time contract, am booked out for the rest of the year, and have had the best 2 months since I quit my full-time job last year.
Less than 90 days, and I turned it all around.
Needless to say, that was enough for me to ask him on for this interview.
In this interview, Jamie shares what led to that breaking point, the decisions he made when the pressure was at its peak, and how a handful of changes — made quickly and imperfectly — helped him regain control of his business, his income, and his confidence in less than 90 days.
