The suspect pepper sprayed multiple officers prior to arrest. Two children in the vehicle are safe. Suspect with a laundry list of warrants to include robbery and other charges out of Prince William County PD. Suspect deployed OC spray against officers after a PIT. Children were in the car. The mother and registered owner of the Cadillac fled on foot from a gas station where the pursuit started on Route 1.
