We originally met in 2022 when Nick came to Open Mat Physio for his back pain. During our process, there was a moment where the program flared up his back so bad, that he had to take a break. I felt awful, and learned from that experience as a clinician. Nick returned in 2025, resolved his back pain with us, and shares what happened between 2022-2025 that allowed me another chance at helping him.
