クリスマスが近づいてきました。日本（にほん）ではクリスマスはあまり家族（かぞく）と過ごしたりせず、特に（とくに）若い（わかい）子たちは恋人同士（こいびとどうし）で過ごすことが多いです。今年（ことし）も彼女（かのじょ）がいないとら君（くん）はどんな風（ふう）にクリスマスを過ごすのでしょうか？それから、世界（せかい）のクリスマスのお祝い（おいわい）の仕方（しかた）についても調べて（しらべて）みました。文化（ぶんか）や宗教（しゅうきょう）、場所（ばしょ）によってクリスマスの祝い方（いわいかた）もいろいろあるようです。
Christmas is approaching. In Japan, Christmas is not commonly spent with family; especially among the youth, it is often spent with their romantic partners. I wonder how Tora-kun, who doesn't have a girlfriend this year, will spend his Christmas? Furthermore, I have also researched how Christmas is celebrated around the world. It seems there are various ways to celebrate Christmas depending on the culture, religion, and location.
