Today’s Topic Dress Code for Your Venue We discuss some important considerations when it comes to a dress code for your bar or nightclub. Be smart about it and avoid policies that will create more issues than they will solve. Be consistent with your policy and avoid making “exceptions”. Have a written policy at the entrance for the guest to see - otherwise they may think you are just making it up as you go. Also, make sure your staff is training when it comes to discrimination and civil rights issues surround guests attire – for example religious attire. In The News!
