People often say that it doesn't get any better than life in your 20s. That enjoy this or do more of that... but no one ever talks about the confusion of it all. How one minute our parents were saying "Don't do this" to now "It's your life. What will you do about x or z?" The reality that "this really is your life" is terrifying. Your decisions. Your failures. Your risks. Your success. We spend so many years wanting to grow up then we get here and it is so different from what we envisioned.
