When 8-year-old Tammy Belanger goes missing in Exeter, New Hampshire, police are quick to search for the missing child. But, as the case draws on, there is little evidence to show what happened to Tammy, or if she is even alive. With one suspect in their case, the police are pretty sure they are the one to have caused the missing child case. But without much physical evidence, the suspect goes free and dies in 2012.
