Dr. Gange is a general adult urologist who attended UCLA and University of Kentucky. He performed the first ever UroLift procedure in North America and was lead enroller in those clinical trials. He was the first in the world to perform UroLift under local anesthesia, and as of early 2019 has performed 600 UroLift procedures.
