In his early twenties, in search of a spiritual teacher, Stuart spent time in Europe and North Africa. When he met Swami Rudrananda (Rudi) in 1967, the trajectory of his life changed. Rudi showed him a meditation technique that developed the chakra system and made the esoteric into something practical. Stuart now teaches Kundalini meditation in the US and internationally on Zoom, and he holds bi-monthly retreats.
