Daishi Hokuetsu, Gunma Bank Reach Final Biz Integration Accord

Japanese regional lenders Daishi Hokuetsu Financial Group Inc. and Gunma Bank said Thursday that they have reached a definitive agreement to integrate their operations in April 2027.
