Now, that action moved the north, in Childress, when in 1988, another teen is found dead. His name is Tate Rowland. Tate's death would be a catalyst for a disturbing series of events. Yet when yet another body is found, the locals can barely believe who it is, sparking genuine fears that a Satanic Cult was at work in their town.
