UPDATE: a few weeks after the production of this episode, the Supreme Court further contributed to Trump's centralization of power by limiting nationwide injunctions. Now if the courts determine that any executive action is unlawful or unconstitutional in one case, it is powerless to prevent the President from doing the same thing again and again.
