Mark Dover is a Grammy winning clarinetist and a member of Imani Winds. But like more and more artists these days Mark moves in many musical circles. Yes he’s been a soloist with the Atlanta, Baltimore, and Albany Symphonies, and the American Composers Orchestra. He’s also a member of the chamber ensemble yMusic. He’s performed at venues including Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, the Kennedy Center and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. But he’s also performed with the Knights, a very adventurous ensemble. And he also plays improvisational music too including with Vulfpeck, one of my favorite bands that includes guitarist Cory Wong, a previous guest on this podcast.My featured song is my recent single called “Moon Shot”.
