Vicky is a Mental Health and Exercise Coach plus Personal Trainer. She works with ladies who would like to boost their mental health through exercise. Vicky helps ladies boost their confidence, self esteem and motivation by ensuring her clients short term and long term goals are being worked towards during each session.
