This week we sat down with one of the most exciting players in the competition right now, Sydney Swans vice-captain Isaac Heeney, for an absolute cracker of a chat.
Heeney has played over 200 games for the Swans since his debut in 2014, is a two-time All-Australian, and has been one of the best midfielders in the competition over the last few years. He's been to three grand finals and has unfinished business at the top, something he's not shying away from!
We chatted about growing up on a hobby farm outside Newcastle, the Sydney Swans Academy that changed his life, the mental side of the game with Emma Murray, the power of saying no, and why 2026 feels like the year it all comes together.
