Today, we stoke the inner fire to remind you that while you cannot control the future, you are the master of your response to it. In today's episode: Insight: Why "choosing" the present moment is the ultimate act of power. Practice: A "Sun Breath" visualization to radiate confidence from your center. Day 5: CHAKRA FOCUS: Third chakra located at your abdominal region. The element is fire, the color is yellow, and the quality is zest for life. Day 6: WORRY RELEASE FLOW MEDITATION: Combining the week's techniques Day 7: WEEKLY REVIEW MEDITATION: Closure with a review of the week's highs and lows.
