Katelyn Harmon, 25, faces a long list of charges in Illinois after police said she went on a rampage at an outlet mall in Gurnee, Illinois. Harmon is from Wisconsin but traveled to Illinois where she is accused of trying to kill two people with her car and then attacking a third with a butcher knife. Harmon posted a number of videos and posts on social media including one where she waved the knife.
