Jared White is accused of leaving his son in a bouncer for hours at his home in Clovis, New Mexico and causing his son's death. The baby died in July 2025 and police said a witness told them she saw White strangle the baby. But White's attorney has asked that the case be dismissed claiming prosecutors ignored autopsy results that show the baby was not strangled.
