Ted Block was cutting down a tree in April 2024 when his neighbor walked into his yard with a handgun and began to argue with him. Cole Hornsby fired five shots at Block and killed him as his wife watched. Deputies in Hamilton County, Ohio responded and found Hornsby standing near Block and took him into custody. Hornsby was recently found guilty of murder at trial.
