Marina Noriega faces a custodial interference charge in Maricopa County, Arizona, after police say she took a little girl from a house where she was staying. A day after Avondale Police issued an Amber Alert, an employee at a convenience store spotted Noriega with the child. Movers with Camelback Moving company blocked the truck Noriega was driving until police arrived. Cameras recorded the entire incident.
