Tallahassee Police found Earleen Tucker naked outside of her mom's home in March 2024 and a grisly scene inside with a human organ on the floor. The organ was the heart of 84-year-old Lucille Tucker who Earleen had stabbed to death. Earleen rambled incoherently for hours, sang songs and talked about free will.
