Ty Gracie, 39, was recorded by police body-worn cameras on February 16 telling officers to shoot him in the head as he held his young daughter outside of a restaurant in northern Ohio. Employees at Bubba's 33 called Jackson Township police because Gracie was intoxicated and left with his daughter and they feared he might try to drive. Gracie denied he was intoxicated but can be heard slurring his words.
