David’s been staying in London again and last night went to an event where he drunk several glasses of wine and ate a total of 14 vol-au-vents. Swiftly followed by a grilled chicken wrap with chips when back at his hotel bar. So he’s full of regrets this morning and feeling guilty about over-eating.
