Buy a Reit with Just 4 Buildings?

Investing in real estate can mean taking some risk. Here is my second investment in the Hank High-Risk ETF. Marwest REIT owns just 4 buildings in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It's cold in Winnipeg, but could this be a hot stock?
