In this episode of Aquarian Insights, I discuss the importance of self-reliance and community support amid challenging circumstances marked by natural disasters and societal divides. The recent events in North Carolina have made me realize that now more than ever No One Is Coming To Save You. We all need to focus on individual and community resilience. For me this starts with health, so I urge all of you to take control of your health, foster strong community bonds, and embrace autonomy. We have to unshackle ourselves from the false ideologies that have been instilled within us and seek to understand ourselves so that we may see the world for how it has truely become. In the words of Gurdjieff, “To speak the truth one must know what the truth is and what a lie is, and first of all in oneself.
