A former Harford County sheriff’s deputy has been sentenced to decades in federal prison for abusing two teenage girls. Ryan Christopher Hall of Woodstock, a 27-year veteran and former domestic violence investigator, admitted to sexually exploiting the girls over several years. A Sunday afternoon fall near railroad tracks in Chambersburg left one person seriously injured.
